Come and join Imogen at the studio for a focused workshop dedicated to strengthening your hips and mastering the art of single-leg balance. This session is designed for all levels, whether you're looking to:

  • Improve your standing poses (like Warrior III, Tree, or Half Moon).

  • Prevent discomfort in your hips, knees, or lower back.

  • Enhance your overall athletic performance and daily mobility.

  • Cultivate confidence and stillness in challenging postures.
