Backbends and breathe

This two-hour workshop will focus on breath and backbends, whilst moving through an Ashtanga vinyasa style sequence. We will deepen into the breath with pranayama (breathing exercises), weaving our breath awareness into our practice as we extend the spine with tailored asanas. Join Elin for an energising and supportive session as we explore together the strength and openness of the body and mind.
